Mackenzie and my mom went to my uncle Bill's surprise birthday party this weekend in Loris. On the way back, Mackenzie managed to talk my mom into stopping at Sparky's Fireworks for ice cream. They got some ice cream, and TWO hermit crabs. One had a pink painted shell and the other had a # 8 on it. Well, Jordan does like Dale Earnhardt Jr. but he doesnt drive #8 anymore so Jordan was not happy with her choice but oh well, at least she did get him one...
The Hermit crabs came with an instruction brochure. On the way home, my mom and Mackenzie were reading the instructions, and of course, my mom asked if the hermit crabs would multiply.
Mackenzie busted out laughing and said, "Grandma, you are so silly.. Hermit crabs can't do math."
The sad part is that she was serious....
